Our Story

Tails & Trails began with a lifelong love for dogs and a dream that started long before I knew where it would lead. I’m Julia, the founder behind the brand, and ever since I was little, I knew I wanted to create something of my own. It wasn’t until I brought home my dog, Arlo, that everything truly clicked.

I struggled to find dog accessories that were stylish, durable, affordable and adjustable enough. As Arlo grew, finding a harness that actually fit (and fit for longer than five minutes) became a real struggle. Everything felt like a compromise — cute but flimsy, practical but boring. I knew there had to be something better, so I decided to create it.

That’s how Tails & Trails was born. A brand built for dogs with personality and owners who love getting outside, going for walks and making everyday moments with their pups feel special. Our harnesses, collars and leads are designed to look good, last longer and fit comfortably — because your dog deserves nothing less.

At the heart of Tails & Trails is community. My mission is to bring dog lovers together who share the same joy — spending time with their dogs, whether that’s on daily walks, weekend adventures or quiet moments at home. Thank you for being a part of our journey!
