Yes, you can exchange an item if you ordered the wrong size/wrong item. The item must be returned to us in it's original condition. Please see the 'Exchanges' section of our refund policy here: tailsandtrails.ie/policies/refund-policy

• We recommend washing any of our items by hand, using cold/warm water and a mild detergent. 
• If using a washing machine, please ensure you are doing the following:
• Use a laundry bag: We recommend placing the item in a laundry bag to avoid scratching or damaging the hardware in the washing machine.  
• - Wash with cold/warm water: Only use cold or warm water for washing to protect the color and structure of the fabric.  
• - Use a mild detergent: Choose a mild detergent and do not using detergents that contain bleach or strong chemicals.  
• - Avoid machine drying: To extend the lifespan, it is best to avoid putting the item in the dryer. It can be air-dried or dried on a low heat setting in a laundry bag.
